Realtor’s Commission
Realtors’ commissions are typically 5%-6% of the purchase price. The Seller’s agent and the Buyer’s agent will split the commission 50/50. If the agent’s license is with a broker, then the agent with split their commission with the broker that split is typically 50/50 to 90/10 depending on the broker and how the agent produces.
Example: based on the purchase price of $100,000
The Agent commission is: 5% -6%= $5,000 – $6,000
Seller’s and the Buyer’s agent will split: 50% = $2,500 – $3,000
The agent will split with their broker: 10% -50% = $250 – $1,500
The Agent take home $1,500 – $2,700 Per $100,000 not including any other office fees.
Salesperson Licensed with Real Estate Referral Company, (SLWRERC)
Rather than acting as a full-Service real estate agent for a client, a licensed real estate referral agent is someone who focuses on guiding clients to the best-licensed salesperson to assist them as a buyer or seller in a real estate transaction. If the client successfully closes a transaction, the referral agent collects a part of the commission earned from the agent they referred the client to. Their commission is typically 25% for a referral.
Example: Based on the purchase price of $100,000
The Agent commission is: 5% -6% = $5,000 – $6,000
Seller’s and the Buyer’s agent will split: 50% = $2,500 – $3,000
The agent split with (SLWRERC) 25% = $650 – $750
The (SLWREC) will split with their broker 10% = $65 -$75
The (SLWREC) take home $585 – $675 Per $100,000
Our Finder’s Fee
We will pay $1,000 based on a purchase price $100,000 after $100,000 we will pay $750 per $100,000.
Example: Based on purchase price of $100,000 we will pay you $1,000
and $200,000 we will pay you $1,750.
