Finder’s Fee

If you know anyone that wants to sell their house or if you know about a destress or vacant properties, we will pay you a finder’s fee.

How our finder’s fee works:

1. When you come across a destress property or a homeowner looking to sell give us a call or fill out our form online

2. We will reach out to the homeowner, to see if they are looking to sell their home.

3. If they are looking to sell, we will make them an offer on their home.

4. They accept our offer; we will sign a finder’s fee agreement with you.

5. We set a closing date with the homeowner and when we close, we will pay the same day.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT asking you to drive around on our behalf looking for properties or if you see a house that looks vacant to look in or around the property. We are not responsible for any criminal or driving violations. We are simply asking if you know anyone or come across any distressed or vacant properties in your travels, to connect with us and we will take it from there.

Realtor’s commissions are typically 5%-6% of the purchase price. The Seller’s agent and the Buyer’s agent will split the commission 50/50. If the agent’s license is with a broker, then the agent with split their commission with the broker that split is typically 50/50 to 90/10 depending on the broker and how the agent produces. 

Example: based on purchase price of $100,000

The Agent commission is 5% -6%= $5,000 – $6,000

 Seller’s and the Buyer’s agent will split $2,500 – $3,000.

The agent will split with their broker 10% -50% = $250 – $1,500

The Agent take home $2,250 – $1,500 Per $100,000 not including any other office fees.

Salesperson Licensed with Real Estate Referral Company, (SLWRERC)

Rather than acting as a full-Service real estate agent for a client, a licensed real estate referral agent is someone who focuses on guiding clients to the best licensed salesperson to assist them as a buyer or seller in a real estate transaction. If the client successfully closes a transaction, the referral agent collects a part of the commission earned from the agent they referred the client too. Their commission is typically 25% for a referral.

Example: Based on purchase price of $100,000

The Agent commission is 5% -6%= $5,000 – $6,000

Seller’s and the Buyer’s agent will split $2,500 – $3,000.

The agent split with (SLWRERC) 25% of their commission = $650 – $750

The (SLWREC) will split with their broker 10% = $65 -$75

The (SLWREC) take home $585 – $675 Per $100,000.

Our referral fee we will pay $1,000 based on a purchase price $100,000 after $100,000 we will pay $750 per $100,000.

Example: Based on purchase price of $100,000 we will pay you $1,000

and $200,000 we will pay you $1,500.

Most Real Estate Investors will pay $500 for a finder’s fee. Not Us, we understand that without your lead, we would have not known about the property.
